By accessing the “Suzuki Intruder Owners Club UK” website you agree to be legally bound by the
following terms. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all of the following terms then please
do not access and/or use the “Suzuki Intruder Owners Club UK ” forum. We may change these
at any time and we’ll do our utmost in informing you, though it would be prudent to review this
regularly yourself as your continued usage of the “Suzuki Intruder Owners Club UK” forum after
changes mean you agree to be legally bound by these terms as they are updated and/or amended.

You agree not to post any obscene, vulgar, slanderous, sexually-orientated or any other material
that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where the “ Suzuki Intruder Owners
Club UK” forum is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and
permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us.

Any user deemed to have brought the forum into disrepute or be disruptive may be banned
permanently and without any notificationWe operate a 3 strikes and your out system, so you
will get 2 warnings and a 3rd will get you banned. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in
enforcing these conditions. You agree that the “Suzuki Intruder Owners Club UK” Admin & Moderators
have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic if it is in the detriment to the club or members
associated within it and without the posters consent. As a user you agree to any information you have
entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party
without your consent, the “Suzuki Intruder Owners Club UK” website shall not be held responsible for
any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

Any grievencies over an account will only be discussed with the user concerned and in private.

Usage & Allowance of 'Banter and humorous responses' to threads

The usage of 'moderate levels' of banter and humourous response is allowed in all sections
of the forum apart from the following areas:

Fallen Club Members
Fallen Friends
Charity Area
The Intruder Workshop (all areas)
For Sales & Wanted
PC & Internet Workshop

The above areas have a zero tolerance level for 'banter and off topic comments'.

All other areas fall under the following category.

As long as the Original Poster (OP) of a specific thread doesn't contact a member of the site team,
then we shall allow the thread to take it's course.  Should the moderators deem the thread to have
become susceptible to complete derailment, then a comment will be made by them asking for it to
be returned to topic.  If however the topic continues to go further off topic, then the moderators
have the right to trim the thread back to it's original state.

If you have a problem with anything it is not a good idea to just post a rant in public as they will be
removed, please contact a member of the committee or admin who will then look into resolving it.

Colours in message title

The use of colours in any message title is strictly for Admin / moderators / Club committee
members usage only.

Chatbox

Please also note that the chatbox will be cleared of all chat as and when necessary.

Hidden user

Note that although there is the option to hide your online status for the forum and it cannot at this
time be disabled by Admin, the use of the option is not allowed by anyone, not even forum moderators
or Admin themselves. Anyone using this option will receive 1 warning and if they continue to use it
their account will be suspended as we cannot see any reason whatsoever for its use. Please
note that the moderators and Admin can see if anyone is using this.

Business Advertising

Business'es are welcome to advertise on the site, but please contact Admin before you do as any
unauthorised advertising will be removed without warning.  Any business placing an advert on the
site WILL be expected to give forum members a Discount in exchange for the free advertising.
Also any adverts  MUST be Suzuki Intruder related.

Your Location

When registering with this site you MUST enter your correct location.
Things like "mental hospital", or abbreviations such as "UK, USA, CA", etc are not sufficient or acceptable.
We don't need your actual door number and street name, but you MUST enter either your town or city
name (just entering your "county" name is not acceptable) as it give us more of an idea of the number
of members in a particular area when organising events etc. It also helps members find other folks in their
area when looking at a profile.

Signature

Only "fully paid" members can automatically display a signature in any posts on the forum, although
normal members can fill in the auto signature, it will not show up in their posts.

Also pictures / banners in your signature are a definite NO NO, these slow down the loading of
the site, especially for those on slow internet connections or on a mobile and will be removed by Admin.

Restrictions

The avertising of any other "UK"  Intruder/cruiser/group is not allowed, nor is any
competing forum to this one. Poaching of  members via PM or otherwise will not be tolerated
at all and the advertiser will be banned from this site permenantly.

Be aware that some parts of this forum are restricted to "Fully Paid Club Members" only and therefore
if you see the image below as a normal registered user its means that you are trying to access or
post in one of those restricted areas.



Please note that any posts from "NON PAYING" members asking for Technical or Associated help or advice
in any way shape or form will be removed without warning.

We reserve the right to refuse full membership to the Club and to also terminate
full membership at any time if deemed to be in breach of the rules and regulations.
No refunds (partial or full) will be given.
